MUSIC FROM MASTER COMPOSERS OF THE BAROQUE ERA

Royal Northern Sinfonia, the world-class, full-time chamber orchestra based at the Sage Gateshead have been regular visitors to Keswick in recent years and rightly have a strong following amongst audiences in the north. This year we are very pleased to welcome a chamber ensemble comprising baroque strings complemented with wind soloists.

They will be playing an attractive programme of music by the well-known masters of that era including “Spring” from Vivaldi’s Four Seasons alongside contrasting classical favourites and some virtuosic solo concertos.

Please Note. Whilst this concert will present works by baroque era composers; and these may include Albinoni, Bach, Handel as well as Vivaldi; at the time of this brochure’s production (March 2020) the programme has yet to be finalised. Please check the press and KMS website nearer the time for updates.
